Hi, I'm Gretchen
Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A)
I’m Gretchen, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas and the founder of FlowPath Therapy. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, emotional regulation challenges, and periods of transition — times when life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or stuck.
I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My work is collaborative and practical, focused on helping clients build awareness, flexibility, and forward movement — especially during moments when life feels out of sync.
I believe therapy isn’t about fixing people or eliminating discomfort. It’s about learning how to relate differently to thoughts, emotions, and experiences so they no longer interfere with daily life, relationships, and goals.

Beyond the Sessions
Born and raised in Austin, I’m grateful to have found my way back home after living in California, Atlanta, and Dallas. I now live in the Lake Travis area with my husband and two daughters. As both a therapist and a parent, I understand the everyday challenges families face and the importance of support that feels grounded and realistic.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, staying active, comedy in all its forms, practicing my Spanish, and exploring new places. I’m deeply curious about people and their stories, and that curiosity continues to shape the way I connect with clients.
